On 9 November 2023, the Special Envoy met with Mr. Ousmane Dembélé, Football Icon of Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), in Paris. The purpose of the discussion was to explore how to strengthen Mr. Dembélé’s support to the UN Global Road Safety Campaign, being one of the celebrities involved in it.
