On 23 February 2021, the Special Envoy met with Mr. Matej Zakonjšek, Director of the Transport Community Permanent Secretariat, in Geneva, to learn about progress and discuss possible support to the work plan for road safety of the Transport Community, including a regional road safety observatory for the Western Balkans.
