On 24 February 2021, the Special Envoy had a virtual discussion with H.E. Mr. Thierry Mathou, Permanent Representative of France in Thailand, about the road safety situation in the country and opportunities to join efforts in building a national and regional road safety programme, including a potential informal Friends of Road Safety Network in Asia region.
