This Webinar will be taking place on 12 October 2020 from 12:00 to 16:00hrs, during the 35th United Nations Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business (UN/CEFACT) Forum (5-16 October 2020).

Background

Digital transformation of cross border trade is resulting in integration of international supply chains through eCommerce platforms and digital technologies. As a result of this digitalization, huge amounts of data gets exchanged between stakeholders and trading partners. This presents interesting opportunities for the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as predictive analytics, machine learning and deep learning to extract meaningful and actionable insights that can be used to automate, simplify and transform trade related processes.

Objective

The objective of this webinar is to focus on how AI can help in facilitating cross border paperless trade. The webinar will focus on use cases and implementation examples including areas of trade data analytics for risk and fraud management, computer vision and imaging for logistics and monitoring and others.
