National Egg Quality School, and rapporteurs meeting on eggs and egg products

Members of the Specialized Section on Standardization of Meat are invited to attend the US National Egg Quality School (NEQS), to be held in Indianapolis, Indiana, on 16-19 May 2016. A rapporteurs meeting on eggs and egg products is planned to be held in connection with this training.

The egg quality school offers opportunities for in-depth learning about egg quality through lectures, individualized instruction and hands-on laboratory experience. It aims to provide participants with an understanding of egg quality standards and the marketing systems in the US.
