United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) organized a technical cooperation seminar for the SPECA countries: "Trade Facilitation in Times of COVID-19” with the Partnership on Transport and Logistics in Central Asia, working with the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), the OSCE Border Management Staff College and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).

Европейская экономическая комиссия ООН (ЕЭК ООН) проведет семинар по техническому сотрудничеству для стран-участниц СПЕКА: «Упрощение процедур торговли в период вирусной инфекции COVID-19» в сотрудничестве с Партнерством по транспорту и логистике в Центральной Азии, при содействии Организации по безопасности и сотрудничеству в Европе (ОБСЕ), Пограничного колледжа ОБСЕ для руководящего состава и Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).
