Multidimensional poverty in Kazakhstan, Guljan Daurenbekova (Kazakhstan)

Kazakhstan will share its experience in developing and implementing a national multidimensional poverty index using the Alkier-Foster method in collaboration with the Oxford group. The presentation will examine the relationship between MPI indicators and indicators of government programs and plans. Comparable results for the last three years will be presented, as well as conclusions and feedback from the MPI working group, consisting of representatives of central government agencies.
