The University of Alicante hosted the the Sixty-Second Congress of European Regional Science Association (ERSA), organized from 28 August to 1 September 2023. As part of the ERSA Congress and under the theme "Urban Challenges in the Face of Technological Transformations: Expansion, Decarbonization, Productivity and Inequalities", the UNECE Real Estate Market Advisory Group held the roundtable "Housing affordability, energy efficiency and health: policy challenges for cities and regions" on 1 September. The roundtable discussed policy challenges of affordable, energy-efficient and healthy housing for cities.
