Further to recent adjustments imposed by the United Nations Office Geneve (UNOG) conference services, due to delays in the renovation works of the Palais des Nations, the secretariat has been forced to adjust the meeting schedule for the June sessions of various TIR bodies as follows:
6 and 7 June 2023: fourth session of the Technical Implementation Body (TIB);
8 June 2023: 163rd session of the Working Party on Customs Questions affecting Transport (WP.30)
9 June 2023 (between 10 a.m. and 12 a.m. (at the latest): eightieth session of the Administrative Committee for the TIR Convention (AC.2), to proceed with the election of two more members of the TIR Executive Board (TIRExB);
9 June 2023, starting not later than by 12 a.m and finishing at 1 p.m.: reading of the reports of WP.30 and AC.2.

In addition, please note that, as of the beginning of June 2023, the Pass and Identification Unit of the Safety and Security Section will return to its offices at the Pregny Gate. Thus, delegates requiring a pass need to enter the premises via the Pregny Gate in order to obtain a badge. Delegates with a valid (long-duration) badge can continue to use the Peace Gate entrance at the Place des Nations.

All delegates are requested to register online, including those holding long-duration badges (https://indico.un.org/event/1002134). Delegates who do not hold a valid long-duration badge must obtain an identification badge at the UNOG Security and Safety Section, located at the Pregny Gate (14, Avenue de la Paix).
WP.30:
Delegates(including those holding long-duration badge) are requested to register online at: https://indico.un.org/event/1002173/ and delegates who do not hold a long-term access badge should obtain an identification badge at the UNOG Security and Safety Section, located at the Pregny Gate (14, Avenue de la Paix).
AC.2:
All delegates (including those holding a long-duration badge) are requested to register online (https://indico.un.org/event/1005026/). Delegates that do not hold a valid long-duration badge must obtain an identification badge at the UNOG Security and Safety Section, located at the Pregny Gate (14, Avenue de la Paix).
