The Relationship Between Population and Housing (2010)
The UNECE Committee on Housing and Land Management acknowledges the need for Governments to ease adaptation to demographic change through improvements to housing stock in member States. This study assesses the relationship between these needs and suggests pragmatic policy solutions for the different challenges population change poses to spatial planning in different national contexts. This study is the joint product of the Housing and Land Management unit and the Population unit of UNECE.
