ECE Strategy for a Sustainable Quality of Life in Human Settlements in the 21st Century

The Strategy is based on the provisions of the Habitat Agenda and Agenda 21, with a particular emphasis on issues of common interest and concern for all countries of the ECE region. It reflects the views of ECE governments that living conditions and urban problems are multidimensional and should be considered in a broader context of economic and social development.
