At every meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on the Transboundary Effects of Industrial Accidents, Parties adopt a workplan for the next biennium. The workplan contains activities that Parties have agreed to be implemented during the biennium and resources to implement them.
At the twelfth meeting (Geneva, 29 November-1 December 2022), Parties adopted the workplan for the biennium 2023-2024 (see ECE/CP.TEIA/44/Add.1 in ENG, FRE and RUS). The Convention’s workplan guides the Convention’s Parties and other member States, the Bureau, the Working Group on Implementation, the Joint Expert Group on Water and Industrial Accidents and the secretariat in their respective activities.
