On 15 March 2023, the Special Envoy met virtually with H.E. Mr. Stefan Schnorr, State Secretary, Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport of Germany. The purpose of the discussion was to convey the Special Envoy’s appreciation for the contribution from the German Government to the UNRSF. On this occasion, the Special Envoy also congratulated the State Secretary for the country’s domestic efforts, including a strong road safety strategy and the engagement with Vision Zero.
