On 10 April, the Special Envoy delivered his remarks at the opening of the poster exhibition, during the organization’s 6th global meeting titled “From Global Commitment to Local Action”. In his address to civil society stakeholders, the Special Envoy highlighted the importance of turning global SDG targets into action and advocacy on the ground. He further emphasized the role of NGOs in advocating with governments and community and concluded by offering his support to their efforts.
