The 13th NPD Steering Committee was organised back-to-back with meeting of National Coordination Committee of the Environmental Protection of International River Basins (EPIRB) project. Meeting of around 30 stakeholders was chaired by the Deputy Head of the Water Resources Management Agency of Armenia, Mr. Artyom Mkhitaryan. One session was dedicated to the Protocol on Water and Health. As many Steering Committee members were new, brief overview was provided on target setting process of 2013-2014. Decision was taken by Steering Committee to approve (a) action plan for implementation of target and target dates and (b) roadmap for ratification of the Protocol. The other session was dedicated to Economic and financial dimension of the water sector reforms in Armenia.
