On 7 December 2022, the Special Envoy contributed to the Youth Forum on the economic and social impact of road crashes organized by the Organization of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS). Throughout his remarks, the Special Envoy drew attention to the role of youth in solving the global road safety challenge, especially in Africa, as it is the most affected continent.
