On 1 December 2022, the Special Envoy met with Mr. Said Dahdah, Manager of the Global Road Safety Facility, World Bank. On the occasion, the Special Envoy followed up on the safe and affordable helmet initiative, debriefed on recent missions and explored future joint ones as well as exchanged on engagement with the World Bank Senior Management in Washington D.C.
