The UNECE and TIR secretariats have received the annexed letters (English and French) from the International Road Transport Union (IRU) informing that the previously announced suspension by the IRU of the TIR procedure in the Russian Federation and for Russian transport operators has been cancelled. The information was also addressed to all Contracting Parties to the TIR Convention.
