The Special Envoy travelled to Imola, Italy on 17 and 18 April 2021 and held a bilateral meeting with H.E. Mr. Luigi Di Maio, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Italy. During this discussion, the Special Envoy informed about new global targets and encouraged safer transport in the country. The Special Envoy advocated for collaboration with the UNRSF.
