On 7 April 2021, the Special Envoy met with the members of the International Road Victims Partnership (IRVP) Board and expressed support for their efforts to address a major victim group of road traffic crashes.
Furthermore, the Special Envoy showed appreciation for the IRVP’s contribution to global events such as the Third Ministerial Conference on Road Safety, UN Global Road Safety Week and World Day of Remembrance commemorations.
Lastly, the Special Envoy and the NGO representatives explored opportunities for future collaboration.
