On 19 April 2023, the Special Envoy contributed virtually to the Festival on Sustainable Mobility organized by the Automobile Club of Italy in Padova, Italy. Throughout his message, the Special Envoy encouraged all stakeholders to join hands to enhance road safety, comply with the recommended good practices, rules and respect of road users, especially the most vulnerable ones.
