On 3 April 2023, the Special Envoy met with Mr. Patrick Pouyanné, Chief Executive Officer of TotalEnergies. On this occasion, the Special Envoy conveyed his appreciation for the company’s commitment to road safety as well as followed up the distribution of 100,000 helmets in 2022-2023; and, following the Chief Executive Officer’s acceptance to join the Friends of the Special Envoy network, updated him on the relevant next efforts.
