On 17 September, the Special Envoy met with Minister Augulis and presented his mandate and current priorities as well as shared about on-going activities to improve road safety. The Special Envoy spoke about potential ways to improve road safety, highlighting five pillars of the Global Plan for the Decade of Action for Road Safety.
