The e-learning course on agricultural quality standards and food loss reduction in fresh produce supply chains a self-paced free course composed of four modules:

  • Module 1: Let’s get started.
  • Module 2: Quality from farm to market..
  • Module 3: Knowing standards.
  • Module 4: Reducing food loss and waste.

The content was prepared by Ms. Viera Baričičová for the Agricultural Quality Standards Unit, ECTD/UNECE. The content benefited feedback from participants in the UNECE Working Party on Agricultural Quality Standards in November 2021.
