On 20 January 2023, the Special Envoy met with Mr. Axel van Trotsenburg, Managing Director of Operations of the World Bank. Throughout the discussion, the two officials followed up on the Safe and Affordable Helmet Initiative, explored opportunities for joint missions during the year as well as options to raise awareness on road safety during the World Bank Annual Meetings.
