Group of Experts on Passenger Information in Stations and Hubs
The Group of Experts on Passenger Information in Stations and Hubs (SC.2/INFO) is a team of specialists set out to identify the best practice in the provision of passenger information in railway stations and hubs, with a view to enhancing the ease of navigation within railway stations and hubs, ensuring seamless travel experiences for all passengers throughout their train journeys.
The Terms of Reference of the Group is set out below:
- Identify best practice in the provision of passenger information in railway stations and hubs;
- Develop a framework of common requirements for passenger information;
- Propose a way forward in the form of a report to the Working Party on Rail Transport for consideration.
