From Transition to Transformation Sustainable and Inclusive Development in Europe and Central Asia

This report is among the first attempts to take an integrated look at sustainable development in the pan-European region. It presents new policy proposals to help manage the needed change to a greener and more inclusive economy with benefits for people throughout the region. The report calls for the adoption of a new growth model in the pan-European region — one which increases human development, advances equality and reduces the ecological footprint — a model that is both necessary and possible.
