The UNECE secretariat has been informed by a letter from the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation (FCS), dated 25 February 2015, that the existing guarantee agreement between FCS and the national TIR guaranteeing association (ASMAP) has been prolonged until 30 June 2015. FCS informed ASMAP of the decision in a letter dated 20 February 2015.
