The Regional Training on air quality and emissions to air statistics and indicators will be organised as an online and in-person meeting at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, Switzerland from 4-5 May 2023. It will be conducted with the financial support of the European Union through the EU4 Environment Water Resources and Environmental Data programme.
The aim of this regional training is to enhance the statistical capacity of the target countries to produce consistent and harmonized air quality and emissions to air statistics and indicators to be linked to the Shared Environmental Information System (SEIS) as a mean to provide robust methodological information for evidence-based policies.
The regional training will be held in presence with English-Russian Interpretation on each of the two days. A remote connection will be provided for those that cannot travel. Presentations and training materials will be available in both languages.
